Diamond in the Rough
If you guessed sewer cover you're wrong! This is totally a storm drain. Yes, Mrs. J, my fifth grade teacher, there is a difference between sewers and storm drains.
well. i was pretty sure it was a hard rubber substance. unless your california storm drains are made out of hard rubber substances, then i was pretty well fooled by the texture of said storm drain.
